"You must be logged in" page

    Hi, I am trying to edit the log in page, where it says:

    "Sorry, you must be logged in to access this page.

    Please go back and try again. If the problem persists, please contact an administrator."

    I want to add a clear link to the 'Register' page, because it isn't very obvious for newcomers to the support desk, that they have to register before they can open a ticket.
    Does anybody know how to edit this? I have some experience with Smarty templates but I can't work it out.

    On the top bar Click on "look and Feel" >>>find "manage languages">>you will then see 2 links under EDIT (languages | Properties) >>>Click on "languages">>>then from the "Languages Files List" select the "lang_error.php">>right at the bottom you will see "try_again" with an input field to the right to input whatever message you want.
