Why attachments are not downloadable for Members?

    Hi,

    i have the problem that i test to send a member a attachment but the member dont can open it when he click on attachment, when i login as admin and look to the tickets in the admin panel i can click on attchment and can open it or download... but not the member when he looks to his tickt...

    any help`?

    Only for the FF
    Manage groups, clic on "allow ticket attachment"
