Had Trellis Desk installed for a while now suddenly it is now displaying a white blank screen in BOTH admin and customer pages when doing the following actions, adding a new ticket (upon pressing the submit button) replying via admin or customer pages (upon pressing the add reply button)

It loads and displays a white blank screen, the reply / ticket has been created but does not go back to the correct page (blank / white) i have also noticed it emails the admin about replies and new tickets but not the customers now, this is very strange anyone able to help please?

    thanks kind people :)

I'm able to duplicate your problem as a guest submitting a ticket.

Has anything changed with your installation recently?

Hi thanks for your reply, i got your test ticket, i take it you didn't receive a email saying you have posted a ticket?

Nothing has changed it has just been left running, this is why i am unaware of what has happened.

  5. Hi Joshiek,

Are you running on the latest version oh PHP and did you change any PHP variables recently like safe mode? Also are you running the latest version of Trellis Desk? We had this issue in previous versions but I am not able to find out what the cause was. Could you check your file permissions on the TD root folder?
