Before we pay for support, I'd like to know if the items below can be resolved in the current 1.0.2 version.
- When forwarding emails to the POP3 email used by our Trellis install, we see a lot of text due to the encoding of the email. Is there a way to get rid of this on the Trellis side?
- When forwarding emails to the POP3 email used by our Trellis install, if the forwarded email contains no comment or text above the forwarded message, Trellis will not process it (ie, will not pick it up and appear on the Manage Tickets section). Is this a feature or a bug?
- When forwarding emails to the POP3 email used by our Trellis install, if the forwarded email has an embedded image in it, Trellis will display sort of the raw contents of the email. Is it possible for Trellis to display the image instead?
Trellis seems to be a great product! I will not complain for something that is already available for free ;>)
