    members of a group view the tickets from each other... is possible?

    I have 3 contacts from same company. I'd like every one manage their tickets.. but this 3 members can view the tickets from each other...

    This is not possible in Trellis Desk 1.0, but we are considering this feature for Trellis Desk 2. Hang tight. :)
