I see you are moving along nicely with V2, but is there a chance we can get a current status?
Recently my server was re-purposed so I moved my intranet site and I have the opportunity to implement a new ticketing system. I've been following the status for a bit and like almost all the features, but one. No LDAP or AD support. I've got 250 users and a company that is very open source friendly, but I don't want to create new users each time they hire someone new. I''ve been using GLPI for the last couple years and it works, but it is not very customizable. Trellis seems to fit the bill minus the external LDAP support built in.
On the flip side I am in the position to have a large user base for testing if you have a relatively stable beta also.
