Been playing with (and eagerly awaiting) v2. One thing I've noticed, is that there's still no option to manually change the STATUS of a ticket - will this be implemented? Besides putting a ticket on HOLD or ESCALATING, its important in my usage, that I'm able to change the STATUS manually. I see a great new option to add new Statuses now, but that's kinda a waste if one can't actually change the status?
