Trellis is looking good so far - very intuitive...
However, I would like all members of the same group to receive notification of a new ticket/response etc. that has been submitted by one f the members.
Is this possible?

Is this what you are referring to? These check marks (Staff only) will notify everyone in the "Staff" group of a new ticket submitted.

No - thats not it, but thanks. I am looking to manage a group of *members* (not staff) but Trellis doesn't appear to work like this :(
e.g. group = company_name
all members of this group/company to be able to login into (and receive emails from) the same pool of tickets submitted by any member of the group.Posted 1 year ago #
