Using an external user database

    I would like to use Trellis Desk with an external user database and password. Could that be possible? I would like to know if it is possible to use an Oracle user database that I have for my Intranet and if there is a need of changing the php coding.

    Trellis Desk doesn't support Oracle, but you can always edit your MySQL Database configuration in config.php. For db_host, you will want to set the variable to the IP Address of your remote MySQL server.
