Unable to see Tickets

    Hello

    I install Trellis v 1.0.4. I can send tickets and see them .. No problem... Two users send a ticket . I received the mail of confirmation. But I can't see all tickets in the ticket history... I can see only mine....
    How can I do so that I can see all tickets ? Is it possible that all people see all tickets ?
