Hello,

I would like to turn off the login feature for visitors to the help desk. The login feature confuses some of our users and I'd like to remove it from the front page. Is this possible?

In your "Manage Groups" area, select "Guest" and set the settings appropriately. I choose to set the first 4 to "yes", the next 2 to "no" and the last one to "yes".

Thanks. This doesn't seem to remove the field on the right to login, however if it prevents them from logging in / creating an account it may help in the long run.

People are still attempting to create user names with the HelpDesk. We don't want them to do this. It would be great if I could put some text on the home page of Trelis Desk asking them not to create a user account here, however I cant find the HTML page that allows for me to edit the content. The index.php doesn't provide this. Any of the index.html show only "Oops! You are not allowed to access this directory."
Please let me know where I can find the file that is displayed when people hit the home page of the help desk.
