    A lot of sand has gone through the clock, but updates of TD2 are rare last months. The announced updates from weekend aren't visible and the tracker is used by Chinese spammers.

    Just checking back here after some time to find that little progress has been made and the last blog entry is from May 17th. trellis is a great product but we need some of the features of Trellis 2.0 and had hoped to use it for our new customer service site relaunching in September. Don't get me wrong - it is a free and open source product and the developer has other things to do which we fully appreciate, however, it does look like we are unfortunately going to have to look to another solution this time. Unless of course there are some surprises just around the corner!?

    @bs0 DJ can provide a better roadmap of the update progress than me.

    As for the tracker / blog can somepoint message me specific links of were the spam is originating and I'll seek to remove it. When I'm back at my laptop. New blog posts will be coming soon. Thanks for your pacience.

    Same here with the spam.. I posted about this before wondering if you guys were aware of this. Next to that I still love the project and maybe we can contribute to help make development go faster?

    Hey guys! Don't worry, TD2 is still making progress. Admittedly I got caught up in some other things the past few weeks, but I made some steady progress this week.

    I'm a student in college and I have to do other work to make a living and pay for my education. It's tough and I do the best I can on Trellis Desk is my spare time. If you would like to contribute and help alleviate my pressure of earning money through other means, you can do so [here] (as ACCORD5 does not accept any donations at this time and Aaron has given me permission to accept them on my own). Less time worrying about money = more time for Trellis Desk. :)

    With that said, I'm trying really hard to push out TD2 Alpha 3 before the end of this month. It looks like I might miss that date, but I'm optimistic. If not, the following weekend is a pretty good bet. I'll post on the blog when it is ready. You can also follow @TrellisDesk (I post updates there more often).

    @Ryan: I took care of the Trac spam a while ago.

    Thanks for everyone's patience and support!

    Was there significant changes in the v1 db structure compared to v2 for the user tables?

    I am thinking about buying a plugin for amember integration for Trellis user tables, but hesitate since the ETA on V2 sounds like it is coming any day now.

    Yes, there are significant changes so you might want to hold off. Then again, I'm going to be releasing Alpha 3 soon. Still a ways from a final release.

    Hi,

    Would it be possible to consider adding reporting tools in future updates? Showing statistics on who has sent, replied, escelated etc... what tickets over a monthly period. The trellis system is an amazing ticket system that we use in production within the company. It has all the tools we need apart from this one vital reporting tool that we could really do with. Of course I understand it would be unlikely to make it into any versions coming up soon however having this tool in any future releases would be very handy!
