Trellis Desk 1.0.4 is now available

This update is recommended for all Trellis Desk users and includes several enhancements to improve the security and functionality of your helpdesk.
- Addressed a security issue with staff permissions
- Fixed issues relating to column sorting, guest ticket access, HTML email parsing, and logout cookies
Trellis Desk 1.0.4 is free and can be downloaded through our website. It is important that you follow our upgrade instructions (namely, don't forget to run the upgrade wizard).

Before you upgrade, remember that the upgrade process will overwrite any Trellis Desk source code modifications you've made (or any custom code modifications performed for you by ACCORD5). Support plan purchasers who have received custom code modifications from us should refrain from upgrading at this time -- please submit a request in our customer center for updated code modifications, allowing up to two weeks for this service to be completed. A diff report is available for users who wish to more closely examine the code changes in this release.

Trellis Desk 2.0 is in active development. Please keep an eye on our company blog for updates, or follow @TrellisDesk on Twitter.

When you run upgrade script, you will see it says "Trellis Desk 1.0.2" every where. :)

great! has email piping been fixed while using pop for google apps? The wiki page stated email piping wouldn't be available until 2.0, but that was before this release, just wondering if this had been updated. Thanks.

Email POP3 should work fine with Google Apps. You might need to edit pop3.php to use the correct security / ports. Where on the wiki does it say that email piping won't be available until 2.0?

When I said "Trellis Desk 1.0.2" every where, I think it's the language file that hasn't been updated although it is 1.0.4

DJ - why are you guys not using either SVN or your sourceforge project to release 1.0.4?
those are both stuck on 1.03....

Trellis Desk is not open source which is why we don't use sourceforge. And I was having issues with the SVN earlier but it has now been updated.
