Trellis Desk 1.0.4 is now available
This update is recommended for all Trellis Desk users and includes several enhancements to improve the security and functionality of your helpdesk.
- Addressed a security issue with staff permissions
- Fixed issues relating to column sorting, guest ticket access, HTML email parsing, and logout cookies
Before you upgrade, remember that the upgrade process will overwrite any Trellis Desk source code modifications you've made (or any custom code modifications performed for you by ACCORD5). Support plan purchasers who have received custom code modifications from us should refrain from upgrading at this time -- please submit a request in our customer center for updated code modifications, allowing up to two weeks for this service to be completed. A diff report is available for users who wish to more closely examine the code changes in this release.
