Trellis Desk 1.0.3 is now available
This update is recommended for all Trellis Desk users and includes several fixes that enhance the functionality and compatibility of your helpdesk.

Trellis Desk 1.0.3 is free and can be downloaded through our website. It is important that you follow our upgrade instructions (namely, don't forget to run the upgrade wizard).
Before you upgrade, remember that the upgrade process will overwrite any Trellis Desk source code modifications you've made (or any custom code modifications performed for you by ACCORD5). Support plan purchasers who have received custom code modifications from us should refrain from upgrading at this time -- please submit a request in our customer center for updated code modifications, allowing up to two weeks for this service to be completed.
