Trellis Desk 1.0.2 is now available
This update is recommended for all Trellis Desk users and includes several fixes that enhance the functionality and compatibility of your helpdesk.
- New email parsing system for improved piping and POP3 support
- Staff can now reply to tickets via email
- A closed ticket will now automatically re-open if an email reply is received
- Experimental support for language localization in incoming / outgoing emails
- Various bug fixes
Trellis Desk 1.0.2 is free and can be downloaded through our website.
