Trellis Desk 1.0.2 is now available

  1. Trellis Desk 1.0.2 is now available

    This update is recommended for all Trellis Desk users and includes several fixes that enhance the functionality and compatibility of your helpdesk.

    • New email parsing system for improved piping and POP3 support
    • Staff can now reply to tickets via email
    • A closed ticket will now automatically re-open if an email reply is received
    • Experimental support for language localization in incoming / outgoing emails
    • Various bug fixes

    Trellis Desk 1.0.2 is free and can be downloaded through our website.

    Trellis Desk 2.0 is in active development. Please keep an eye on our company blog for updates.

    It seems like you are just stringing people along. I have seen this before when upgrade notices keep coming up, expect for the upgrade itself...next thing you know, 1-2-3 years have gone by, and in the mean time, your still making those promises...you should not keep making promises if you can not deliever in a fair short amount of time.

    Your script does have some potential, but at this time, I will have to remove it and go with
    the best support ticket which we all know who it is, which i really hate to do. If you implement
    those few suggestions I gave you, then I would be more then happy to support you.

    I also think you need to work on the layout a little...it looked whacked on the
    client side...help desk section is too wait...align it closer with the status bar..
    the client MyAccount register/login section is way off to the right, place it
    on the left...jazz it up a litte..at least try to compete with the big boys..

    you are close, you are just not there yet.
