First time poster here! I installed Trellis Desk last week and am very pleased. I have 2 recommendations, this is the first.
I sent out a "compliments of season" announcement. Worked well except that 2 recipients had it rejected with a 552 error, "Header Received count of 16 exceeds limit of 15." Apparently some larger facilities block e-mails with multiple recipients.
It is correct that the announcement went out to 16 recipients but since Trellis modifies the addressee for each e-mailed announcement, how does the recipient server know this? I imagined a separate e-mail was sent to each recipient. I'd recommend that this field should be stripped from the header in any case.

552 is usually a storage quota error for a recipient. That should have nothing to with sending. Perhaps you should into how many "hops" the emails are taking. This does not sound like a TD issue. It is more of a server issue with your host or the recipient host.
