Ticket reply query

    Hello guys,

    When i submit a new Ticket from userA (group = member) , i can receive the Ticket alert by email (staffA, group = staff) , but when add the reply from account staffA , userA didn't receive the reply email from staffA .....I supposed the system will send a email to alert userA automatically after staffA submit the "add reply" process also , isn't it? someone can advise? Thanks.
