I use Trellis Desk purely for email ticket management - I do not give the link for logins or where to view the ticket - because I manage multiple brands under one system (using a generic email)
I'd like to make a few suggestions for the content of an email sent to guests.
- On New Ticket, it should include the content of the original question.
- On staff reply, it should include all the replies and the original question.
- On ticket closing, it should include all replies and he original question.
It would be more user friendly, and I doubt it would take much to add it in.
Thoughts?
