    Hello everyone,

I have installed Trellis Help desk. Though Trellis help desk looks good. I feel to set it up one has to really work hard. Or pay for support. No email pipeing is working. no POP3 is working lot of bugs. The replys have a lot of line gaps and the text is not WYSIWYG as you see in TinyMCE.
The reply that goes to a customer is not at all formated. Looks most unprofessional.

    Has any one any suggestions.

  2. Hi Ron,

If you would like to report a bug you can do so here: http://trac.assembla.com/trellisdesk/newticket

As for your formatting issues I don't understand - WYSIWYG works fine, it might be your browser or server / configuration you have setup. Clients don't have access to the WYSIWYG editor on the front end we are hoping to fix this in TD V2. The admin side has access to the WYSIWYG.

If you could please attach a screenshot for reference we might be able to resolve the problem. Thanks.
