Is there a way to create tickets for people who are not yet registered with our site?
For example, we get some pre-sales questions that we want to track from people not yet in our system. How do you handle those? What if they come in via phone?
If we allow these people to submit a question via email to us, how does it create a ticket if it doesn't recognize that sending email address? i.e. would it reject that email, or who would it associate it with?
And - will the behavior change with v2? I watched the video on the blog, but didn't see this mentioned. (btw - v2 looks great! I can't wait for it....)
