suggestion - Instant Notify...

    I would consider using your application if it had an Instant Notify
    application, that is a must! I can keep support/email open
    24/7 - have other things to do...

    I will give your support a test run, but without instant
    notify, I will just end up removing it. I think it would be
    like worth a $10 add-on or something, I would pay that.

    How do you see staff being notified? Via a desktop application?

    Trellis Desk offers email notifications which are pretty must instant.

    Yes if you assume that the email stays over...why have email opened at all times. or
    if you step away...a buzz would tell you that you got a incoming ticket..yes it
    would be a desk top app that would stay on at all times...

    Thanks for your suggestion. I'd like to see a small notification application as well, but it will probably be some time before we have one available.
