Whenever a user creates a ticket - they click on Submit and it takes them to a Page cannot be displayed error. Is there somewhere that the default page can be changed? We would like to point them either to a “Your ticket has been successfully submitted” or to the Intranet Home page.
Currently the URL is: http://intranet2/trellis/index.php?act=tickets&code=submit
The request does get submitted but it is annoying for the end user and creates more tickets.
