Is it possible for a staff member to submit a ticket on behalf of a member. ??
This would allow support staff to enter a new ticket, but have the replies go to the customer..

Hi,
The staff member can submit a ticket on behalf of any member as long as he has ACP permission.
In the 'Management' section under 'Manage Control' under 'Manage Members' (Member List), we select the member 'Name' and click on 'Submit A Ticket'.
This should do it :D
