    getting the following error message @ write skins file step:
    We could not create the directory skin/s1. Please CHMOD skin to 0777.

    drwxrwxrwx 3 danieller psaserv 15 Sep 30 23:05 skin
    drwxrwxrwx 2 apache apache 6 Sep 30 23:05 s1

    seems that creating the directories as "apache apache" was not working. Changed them to "danieller psaserv"and then was able to complete the install.
