    Hello!

    I try to find any kind of statistic data information in administration interface, but I couldn't(ticket count per month/user/department/etc) :( Trellis Desk could provide that staff??? I am looking too bad?! :)

    and additional question... how I can skip e-mail field in ticket form for for anonymous users???
