SMTP mail setup with Exchange 2007

    Dear all,

    I would like some users to be notified that a new ticket has been created in the system - the mail system in place runs on Ms Exchange 2007. I have done the SMTP setup on php.ini but still it seems like no mail is being sent when I create a ticket - or when I change the status of a ticket.

    Any ideas on how this can be configured in the system?
