    Hi,

    I have some queries for these features.
    1. Does it Service Level Agreement supported?
    2. Escalation is supported or not. I have read this feature but didn't see in demo.
    3. What about extra themes? Where can we get?
    Sorry please accept my apologize because before taking some decision about unbranding we should need to clear doubts.

    1) Nope, sorry.
    2) Yup, users and staff can escalate tickets based on department and group permissions.
    3) You'll have to Google search for these. We'll have a community for these soon!

    auto escalate is possible in trellis desk 1.0.4 ?
