So you want to be able to display more tickets per page? I can take a look in the source files and see if I can give you a quick writeup on how to edit it yourself.

Hi Ryan. Thanks for your answer. I’m gonna explain to you how I’m using the system so you can understand which is the problem :
I use the system for a repair tracking that is customers could be able to track the repair status of articles via internet, so then tickets are reports of those repairs . What happens is that some customers have more than 200 repairs so I have to generate 200 tickets, and must show only 10 per page, that means that I need to compile 20 pages of 10 tickets each, showing at the bottompage the links 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10… this is made automatically in the administrator side but not in the user side. The image shows what I need to obtain.
Otherwise, I need to create a Searcher , for if a customer reaches 300 tickets and needed to track one of them in the user side , would have to look into each and every page, so I ask you if is any form to place a filter or searcher as the system has in the administrator side????
I think that the searcher would be a good idea for future versions cause there are customer support services that generates thousands of tickets a day and its customers make hundreds of inquiries …..

Hi kapanga,
I understand your request now. I'm going to file a bug report so that we have a footer number navigation available on the client side in addition to the admin side. Also I think for V2 we are including search functionality by default, in the meantime I will look to compile on a tutorial on how to add this in the meantime. Thank you for your patience I will get back to you.
