    I would like a user can see the tickets of another user. Is that possible? Thank you very much.

    I think there was a "mod" details on one of the forums here, but if memory serves the supplied code was "incomplete" due to the way the forums have been configured. I've managed to "find" most mods, and get them working, but I can't seem to find that one at the minute (there was a fair bit of code so I've no idea how complete it was)
    Is this to avoid duplicate tickets? (If so, I think tickets get added as part of the FAQ from when I was testing- comes up with a suggested duplicate ticket in the system so it doesn't get submitted again elsewhere?)
