After a guest user checks a ticket using their email and their ticket key #, they are basically logged into the system.
If that guest user then submits another ticket, they are not sent another ticket key.
So if they deleted their 1st email from their 1st ticket submission, and they are no longer logged into the system, they have no way to check their tickets.
I was wondering how I could get the ticket key to be sent for users who are guests, but have already logged in using another ticket key.
I tried just adding <#TICKET_KEY#> to the "New Ticket" code in lang_email_content.php but it is not being parsed correctly in the email.
This leads me to believe I need to add some parsing code to class_mailparse.php, but haven't been able to find out what, and where exactly.
Could you please help!
