I'm just evaluating Trellis Desk for our support system and have a few quick questions.
1. It doesn't seem possible to add rich-text editing support for non staff users (guests and members) - is this functionality that could be added through paid support?
2. As a guest I couldn't seem to upload files with my ticket? Is this not possible or have I just missed the feature? If it's not possible could it be added through paid support?
3. I would be looking to integrate Trellis Desk with our existing site, specifically to post guest tickets though our existing application specifically the posting of guest tickets via php and paypal integration on submission of a ticket. I'm happy to alert the source, but wondered if there was any API or plugin integration options? Also would you be able to offer advice on this through paid support.
