    Can you please make it possible to create tickets from reply to address found in the email header when piping or polling.

    This way we can easily create tickets from our websites pre-existing contact form, since the sender is our website, and the 'reply to' address is the actual customer.

    I guess what I'm asking is, is there an easy fix for this?

    If not, is this something a support plan could square away for me? Right now I'm having to stick to osTicket due to this limitation. I was able to make one small change to accomodate in osTicket.
