Reopen a ticket

    Please help.
    why does trellis desk stop me from reopening a ticket that is put on hold.
    what does hold mean?

    any help would be appreciated

    I have the same issue. From what I was told that it is an issue that will be resolved on the 2.0 version. I found out if you want to reopen a ticket on hold, you should close the ticket and then reopen it.
