I manged to install v1.04 successfully.
I having a problem with HTML email replying send throw Outlook (im testing it with outlook 2010).
the scenario :
John send an Email (using Outlook) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
a ticket is opened successfully,
me (as the tech support) and john receive an notification via Email - so far so good.
when I (as the tech support) reply throw my Email (above this line ofcource)
the email is not decoded correctly.
it means that john not get any response, and Trellis doesnt add my response into the history of that ticket.
I do recieve a notification that my reply has arrived, but when I check the db under td_replies,
I can see that the HTML formatted Email was not decoded correctly (html bull****).
When I Change the formatting in outlook to simple text - everything is working (quite) well.
I have manged to pinpoint the whereabout of this problem and its relies in the file includes/class_mailparse.php.
can someone please help with this manner ?
