    Hello,

    I just installed Trellis Desk 1.0.4, and I am trying to get email piping to work, but all of my test emails have bounced. As far as I can tell, I have followed the instructions listed here:
    http://forums.accord5.com/topic/email-piping-cant-get-it-to-work
    http://docs.accord5.com/Email_Piping

    For example, I did create both a real support email account and a forwarder. Here is the error message from the bounced emails, and then my attempts to resolve them:

    ERROR MESSAGE
    Warning: require_once(Mail/mimeDecode.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /path/to/trellisdesk/includes/class_mailparse.php on line 30

    Fatal error: require_once: Failed opening required 'Mail/mimeDecode.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /path/to/trellisdesk/includes/class_mailparse.php on line 30

    ATTEMPT # 1
    I know about PEAR packages, so I installed the following ones from within cPanel:

    * Mail_Mime 1.8.0
    * Mail_mimeDecode 1.5.1

    No luck.

    ATTEMPT # 2
    cPanel displays the path to the installed PEAR packages, and after searching my website host's support knowledgebase, I learned that you can create a .htaccess file with the following entry:

    php_value include_path "/path/to/php"

    I created the .htaccess file in /path/to/trellisdesk/sources, because that's where pipe.php is located.

    Still no luck. Do I need to put the .htaccess file somewhere else?

    Regards,
    Sean

    I solved the problem by adding the following code to pipe.php:

    ini_set('include_path', ini_get('include_path') . ':/path/to/php');

    Hope this helps someone.

    Regards,
    Sean

    Hi grantwood:

    Despite the old post, could you tell if you puted that string into a specific place into the pipe.php? Did you replace any existant line of code?

    Thanks!
