Problem with Editing Language

  1. Hello,
    I am the web master at Baltimore City Community College and we have an eRequest system with your company. I want to edit the outgoing message that's sent when a ticket is closed. I know that I need to go to "Look & Feel" and click on Manage Languages and then make the changes I want. Whenever I edit the content and then click "Edit Language File," I'm automatically redirected to this page:
    I have tried this from different computers but the same thing happens and I don't know why. Can someone please help! Thanks!
