Hi, i am currently in a procurement process, in order to identifiy a support software, that enable us to provide specific support for our SAP customers. I have found your sopftware thru a Google search, and would like to clarifiy some doubts:
- From what i understand, the usage is free, but the support requires a pricing, could you confirm that?
- In terms of languages, do you have any portuguese translation?
- Is there a possibility of creating a customer portal, for ticket submission? The implementation model, is on-premise, or cloud?
- Is it possible to export the tickets database, for a file (CSV, etc)?
- Do you have any mobile integration ( thru an AP, or other?
