So far your software looks great and if i decide to use it, I will be purchasing branding removal. Here are my questions though:
1. Can I create custom fields for both tickets and account details?
- Fields that only Internal support can see like internal notes.
- Extra fields depending on which department the user chose.
2. Is there any forums that the login can be bridged with, or any chance of you releasing a very very lightweight customer forum that only logged in customers can view? This way there is only 1 login instead of 2
3. Any chance of providing extra features, such as:
- http://whmcs.com/fullfeatures.php (minus the billing features)
- http://www.kayako.com/solutions/features/ticket-support-helpdesk.php
