Not able to see closed tickets

    Hi,

    Yesterday I closed 8 tickets but today while I am trying to check closed tickets from manage ticket but got error that Sorry, but you did not select any tickets.

    Please go back and try again. If the problem persists, please contact an administrator.

    Could you tell me how to resolve it?

    Now I got following error during checked closed tickets.

    Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/kendbaco/public_html/desk1/core/databases/db_mysql.php on line 495
    There has been a fatal error with the A5 Core.
    The MySQL Database Drive has unable been to process the following query.
    SELECT

    ,
    a
    FROM
    _
    WHERE
    IN )

    The following error was returned.
    You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1

    1064

    ----- Query -----

    SELECT

    ,
    a
    FROM
    _
    WHERE
    IN )

    Please help...

    This is a month old but I figured I would post. I was having the same problem till I found the filter button.

    On the ticket management screen. On the top right of the ticket list is a button "Filters" Click it an it will open up a bar that has a bunch of ticket status. Click on closed and it will show you all closed tickets. Then click on all but closed to see all other tickets
