no tickets to display.

    Hello,

    I'm install Trellis desk v1.0.4.

    Ticket successfuly created from e-mail and visible in "Administration Control Panel", but "There are no tickets to display." at "Ticket Overview" page.

    Any ideas?

    Check the database to see if the ticket status has been set to 6.

    Apparently Trellis tickets will expire automatically after a certain period.

    status=6 means the ticket has expired and will not be displayed
