Newly submitted tickets do not appear in "Manage Tickets" screen

    Hello all,

    Just returned from holidays and found our Trellis Desk was not showing any tickets in the manage tickets screen.
    Although we are able to submit new tickets, once they have been submitted, they are not showing up in the "Manage Tickets" screen.

    Has anyone experienced this issue before or does anyone have any possible solutions?

    Please always mention which trellis desk you are using.

    1.0.3 or 4 or already 2? The latest from https://github.com/kaosforge/trellisdesk

    We dont support 1.0.4 anymore and work currently on 2.0
