Newbie in dire need of help

    Hi all,

    O.K. This seems like a very basic procedure, but I can't seem to get it: I would like to setup Trellis where a group of users can post tickets- and another group reviews and accepts these. So,

    Group 1 Person -> Post a new ticket and assign to person in Group 2.
    Group 2 Person -> View all tickets assigned to them; view all available tickets; select and claim ticket ownership; close ticket.

    The more I try group/department/member combinations, the more confused I get and seem to get nowhere.

    Any information that will point me in the right direction with this superb application will be greatly appreciated!
