thank you for sharing your project. i like what you've done, so want to honour your work, with the copyright removal license. my problem is, that i need a bill for my local tax office. could you send me one after the payment is done?
V2-question:
1. could you implent some chart-reports to the admin-area like tickets per month/day/year etc. (maybe something thar looks like highcharts.com)?
2. would it be possible to bill someone for a "high-priority"-requests in v2? if yes. could you merge it with my question aked before - maybe with an income forecast? would be superb :P
