Whenever I try to submit new ticket, create new members, edit anything I have issues with my MySql database. I get error message saying:

There has been a fatal error with the A5 Core.

    --------------

The MySQL Database Drive has unable been to process the following query.

    The following error was returned.
Field 'notes' doesn't have a default value

    --------------------

You can see that field "notes" has an issue in this example, but it get it with everything else as well. Is my sql file for db corrupt? Or do I have to set a default value to be something? Please help

I have strict mode enabled, and I get this problem as well. Should we have it disabled? I will try that out to see what happens, but when we set MySQL up, it says that it's recommended that we have it enabled. I can't really figure this out either.
