    Dear Sir,

    Do you have a spanish translation.
    Also . . . there is a way to customize frontpage with our logo?

    Check around the forums and Google for a Spanish translation. We don't have anything official as of yet. And yes, you can edit the HTML templates in your ACP (Look & Feel section) and customize the header / logo as you wish.

    Thanks for your help Sir. Everything is working fine now and in spanish. When I login from my Iphone everything is ok but I cannot type any text in a ticket, Iphone do not recognize your text box as a text box. Any idea?

    Hello again Fernando,

    This is because the TinyMCE rich text editor does not work on the iPhone. If you disabled the RTE, you will be able to reply via your iPhone.

    We are working on a much better solution to this over the summer. ;)
