keep getting sent back to login screen

    can someone help?
    anything to do with ticket control... ie: clicking to view a ticket or trying to submit a reply etc gets me sent back to the login screen with this message:

    You must login before accessing the ACP.

    Please go back and try again. If the problem persists, please contact an administrator.

    I am unable to answer any of my tickets.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Your cookie domain is incorrect. Change it to 'yourdomain.com' and delete the related cookies in your browser(s).

    FIXED IT! Ok. I'm going to try and cross post this to all posts that had this issue!

    In the config.php file, there is a value for acp_session_timeout. It was, by default, set to 3.

    I changed this to match the value in my system settings, which was 120. Immediately, IE Started working correctly!
