  3. Glad you were able to integrate kapanga. As for Joomla sharing a session with Trellis Desk that would require some changes to the source code so they both play nice. If you use Twitter you can check with http://twitter.com/digitalfyre and see if he made any progress on session integration.

If we release anything in the future, be sure to keep an eye around the forums.

I just came across Trellis and think it looks like a wonderful service. I purchased a trouble tickets system for Joomla, but I don't like it that much, kind of a waste of money.. Seems this post is 3 months old - can you tell me if there's a user sync/integration/single sign on for Joomla yet?

It seems JFusion would be perfect for this. According to them, developing a plugin is simple with their API:

    http://www.jfusion.org/index.php/docs/doku.php/id,dev;intro/

What are the chances that Accord5 will write a JFusion plugin so we can use Trellis Desk with Joomla? I would happily donate to a chip-in for such a project.. Kapanga, Anwoke?

Hi everybody, the truth is I never came back to this forum for I had no trouble with my trellis desk, a great tool from Accord5, sorry…. :-(
Well, in my case, I didn’t use any plugin to integrate it to joomla, just used a DB and then loaded Trellis from an iframe, it’s not the best way, but worked for me :-)
    Greeting!!

This post seems to be quite old, but does anyone have an option for Joomla integration?
