Installation Issue

    I am trying to install Trellis Desk v1.0.2. I have PHP and MYSQL installed. When I type in the MYSQL Database information during the installation and click "continue" all I get is a blank screen. Is this caused by a glitch or a misconfiguration somewhere?

    This is exactly what happens to me. Did you resolve your issue and if so how did you do it?

    I had this problem until i pointed my browser directly at the "install" folder (eg. http://helpdesk.domain.com/install, as opposed to just http://helpdesk.domain.com). The top level auto points you to the install subdirectory, but the database creation step just kept bombing out. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or what.. but the tables were automatically added finally and the install completed.
