Installation error (V2)

    We have tried to install V2 on to two different web servers (both windows) but keep getting the following error near the end of the installation process:

    TD Fatal Error: Cache - Cache directory not found: C:\Domains\jdwebhosting.co.uk
    \wwwroot\trellis\install\/data/cache/trellis/ in C:\Domains\jdwebhosting.co.uk
    \wwwroot\trellis\includes\classes\class_cache.php on line 26

    We are running the old version fine on one of the servers.
    Anyone know what the problem might be and we can fix it.

    it seems to be a problem with the url and the wrong backslash -> \wwwroot\trellis\install\/data/ should be \wwwroot\trellis\install\data\

    so there on windows the slashes are other (backslash) on a linux machine (most servers) is it a (forward) slash

    i will have a look at on \wwwroot\trellis\includes\classes\class_cache.php on line 26

    seems you tried to install it locally on the server and not over the http:// protocol (may be the file protocol over what you installed)

    please open the config.php file and change the corresponding data_path and cache_path

    should resolve your problem
