Hi, I am attempting to install Trellis Desk on my webhost, and all other settings have passed and been setup, but at step 7 I receive an error that states " We could not create the file skin/s1/acc_change_email.tpl. Please CHMOD skin/s1 to 0777."
However, I have checked and rechecked that permissions are set to 777. The only other "warning" I had with the installer was that safe_mode was on, and with my webhost, I cannot disable safemode.
Is there any solid information out there that having safemode on causes the skin/s1 part of the installer to fail?
